1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClinicAutopilot website and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

ClinicAutopilot provides scheduling, waitlist, and messaging automations for cash-pay wellness and aesthetic clinics. We do not support clinics that require HIPAA compliance at this time.

No PHI: You must not input, upload, or process protected health information (PHI) in the Services.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Fees

Some features require a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Taxes, payment processing fees, and third-party messaging costs (e.g., SMS) may apply.
We may change prices with prior notice for future billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

No PHI or other sensitive medical information.
No spam, abusive content, unlawful activity, or infringement of others’ rights.
No probing, scanning, or reverse engineering of the Services.
Comply with all applicable laws regarding messaging and consent.

6. Data, Privacy & Messaging Consent

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your contacts for communications sent via the Services (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, email).

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., messaging, analytics, payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in the Services and related content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

10. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicAutopilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold ClinicAutopilot harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing Law
